Kate Lyall is an Organisational Psychologist based in Adelaide South Australia who additionally holds qualifications in Clinical Psychology.

Kate supports adults navigating life’s changes - whether related to work, relationships or changes in physical or mental health. She adopts a pragmatic and collaborative approach employing a range of evidence based interventions to help people overcome mental health difficulties and psychological injuries. She aims to help clients become their own therapist, reach their potential and march to the beat of their own drum.

    Many small businesses are not in a position to have an established Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), yet may want to access the range of benefits associated with taking a proactive approach to supporting employee mental health. Providing EAP services can improve employee satisfaction and communicate to staff that they are valued; reduce turnover; reduce absenteeism, improve performance and productivity; and reduce negative behaviours in the workplace.

    EAP services may be particularly important following critical incidents, or assisting workers to navigate changes including restructuring, however are not limited to work-related conditions and can also support workers to navigate stressors arising in other areas of life including relationship difficulties, stress, or bereavement.

    EAP services are provided confidentially utilising de-identified invoicing.
